Supported Communication Technologies
Besides, a combination of all the above mentioned technologies could be integrated in a single Xtend Voice Logger. Even then, the Xtend logging software would treat them as a single unit and retrieve details and generate reports in a single user interface. This user interface could also be configured on any logger device depending on the requirement, if multiple Standalone loggers are to be installed.
Just like the other models of Xtend, standalone model is a passive logger that does not tamper with the voice quality or the signalling system. Again, no change is required in the existing system configuration to install this model of the logging system. To take only analog or/and audio data, a Standalone 3U box is used where multiples of 4-ports can be supported.
Audio Line can be utilised wherever continuous audio recording is required. The logger logs the analog audio signals from any equipment connected to it as 'line-in'. Xtend provides USB-based Audio Logger in 1/2/4/8/12/16 upto 128 ports and more.
Digital Trunk lets you record details of calls on E1/T1 (ISDN PRI / R2MF) lines. In essence, these are voice card based loggers that integrates well with the products of PIKA, Ai-logix, Synway and Eicon / Dialogic Diva Server.
Xtend provides support for the VoIP protocols SIP, H.323, CISCO Skinny besides Skype and also blends well in an IP-based PBX. The user friendly web interface provided with the software, assists the user to specify conditions and generate appropriate reports according to his/her requirements.
Just like the other models of Xtend, IP model is a passive logger that does not tamper with the voice quality or the signalling system. Now, Xtend offers the facility to log calls via Skype and the voice cards manufactured by Ai-Logix. Again, no change is required in the existing system configuration to install this model of the logging system.
